Please find the welcome email from HorizonWebRef with your username & first time password to log in and complete your profile.
Steps to complete in HWR:
STEP 1: Update Your Personal Profile
1. Add required details and upload a mugshot-style photo for identification by SHO staff and clients.
2. Address – If you are a student, please use the address that you are currently residing and not your actual home address. Your address can always be changed if/when you travel back home.
3. Name - Please make sure your name is correct with abbreviations and capitalizations.
Example - if your last name is O'Connell, please do not put Oconnell.
Step 2: Review Your Availability Calendar
Go to the Availability Calendar tab and open the dates you are available to work.
